01 / Workspace access

The right context for the right people.

Roles, permissions and job assignments govern who can view and manage recruiting records. Recruiters work with authorized jobs and candidates; interviewers use their assigned job context to prepare and give feedback.

Administrators manage membership and access. Your team can collaborate without giving everyone the same permissions.

02 / Sign-in controls

Set a policy your team can follow.

Administrators can require two-factor authentication for administrators or for everyone, choose when enforcement begins, and review who has completed enrollment.

Microsoft Entra ID sign-in through SAML is available on the Small business plan and in agreed Enterprise deployments. The connection must pass a sign-in test before it can be enabled.

SAML connects existing workspace members. It does not automatically create accounts, assign roles or remove password sign-in.

03 / Human decisions

A score you can inspect.
A decision your team makes.

Set requirements for each role and review supported criteria, missing evidence and available sources. Saved assessments retain their scoring context; changed criteria flag older results.

Optional AI review requires an enabled integration and a permitted user’s request. Matching does not automatically move or reject applications. Spark contact is a separate action, with candidate contact and reuse permissions to review.
