Cookie policy

What browser storage is used, when analytics can run, and how to change your choice.

Cookies and similar storage

Cookies are small values stored in your browser. Local storage is another way for a site to remember information on that device. Privacy rules can apply to both, so our controls cover optional analytics rather than just technologies called cookies.

Necessary storage

This storage supports functions you request and is not used for advertising. It does not require optional analytics to be enabled.

  • grecruite.website-consent (local storage): remembers the choice, policy version, analytics configuration and expiry time for up to 180 days. It contains no account name, email or cross-site tracking identifier.
  • auth_token, auth_refresh_token, auth_expires_at and auth_user_cache (product local storage): support requested account access and session restoration. They are used in the product, not created by the marketing analytics integration. Authentication records are cleared on logout or invalid-session handling; browser storage can also be cleared by you.
  • Payment and customer-connected services may use their own necessary technologies when you open those services. Their notices apply to those interactions.

Optional Google Analytics

When GA4 is enabled and you accept analytics, Google may set _ga and _ga_<property identifier> cookies on this website’s host to distinguish visits and maintain analytics sessions. This integration configures a 90-day cookie lifetime without extending it on each interaction. It does not intentionally share those cookies with a separate product subdomain.

The Google tag is not downloaded before permission. Rejection sends no analytics events or consent-mode measurement pings through this integration. Advertising consent stays denied. Account-wide GA4 settings must also keep enhanced measurement, Google signals, advertising features and user-provided data collection off.

Analytics is limited to the public pages listed in the privacy policy and selected calls to action. No replay of your screen or keystrokes is collected by this integration.

Accept, reject or change your choice

If analytics is enabled, the initial notice offers Accept analytics, Reject optional and Settings. Analytics starts off. You can browse without choosing, and necessary service functions remain available if you reject.

Use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice at any time. Withdrawing permission stops this integration, clears accessible GA cookies for this site and reloads the page if analytics was running. Withdrawal does not undo processing that already took place lawfully. Contact us about deletion requests.

Choices are specific to this browser and site. We ask again when the choice expires or the relevant notice or analytics configuration changes. Private browsing or clearing storage may also remove your choice. If your browser blocks saving preferences, optional analytics stays off.

If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, optional website analytics stays off, even if an older saved choice allowed it. Do Not Track is not treated as an analytics opt-in; you can always decline in Cookie settings. Browser settings and extensions can provide additional controls.
