Make a privacy request
Email info@techgenies.com with “GreCruite privacy request” in the subject. Depending on applicable law, you can request access, correction, deletion or a copy of information, object to processing, withdraw consent, or ask to appeal a decision.
Tell us which request you wish to make and whether it concerns your account, a website visit or an application to a particular employer. Include the relevant organization or workspace name if known. We may request proportionate verification through a secure process. Do not include passwords, identity documents, payment-card numbers or a CV in your initial email.
If you are a candidate
The employer or recruiter using GreCruite generally controls the recruiting information in their workspace. Contact that organization first. If you contact us, identify the organization so we can help route your request without disclosing information to an unauthorized person.
Raise a concern
You can write to TechGenies LLC at 2100 N Greenville Ave, Richardson, TX 75082, USA. If you disagree with our response, ask for a review at the same privacy email address. Your ability to complain to the relevant regulator or exercise legal rights is unaffected.
If you represent a customer, use the same address to request the applicable data-processing agreement, provider information or international-transfer details before submitting personal data.
